Apple Watch is the single most in ergonomic piece of cycle tech I’ve ever used… much easier to get garmin connect to sync with apple health and import your data (and close your rings) that way. Apple Watch is great for things like trips around the city on a Brompton because it saves carrying another head unit etc, but for proper rides it
